Criminal background check
Evidence that they are 18 years or older
Comprehensive physicals including TB test and or chest X-ray and drug screening.
Positive professional and personal references
Verifications of licensure/certification in good standing with the State Boards
Evidence that they can read and write the English language
Commitment to professionalism and willingness to comply with policies and procedures
Evidence of a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
